What is Nascence?

The Nascence Project is a turn-key solution that helps you to deliver a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Employee Wellbeing strategy that aligns with your business goals, by engaging your employees and positively impacting the communities they work in.

Using Sport as a catalyst, Nascence aims to engage our community, make a positive difference, inspire systemic behaviour change and positively impact long term health outcomes.


From supporting a small targeted group of individuals, the local community to driving regional sustainability goals, our aim is to support you to ensure YOUR actions have a positive impact on society.


COVID-19 has had a dramatic impact on the lives of families in our communities and continues to bring significant changes the way that we work, with many businesses and employees having to adapt to new ways of working. The Nascence Project is here to support the health and wellbeing of your employees as we adjust to a rapidly changing situation.

The purpose of the Nascence Project is to support our partners to deliver your CSR and Employee Wellbeing strategies through focusing on the five pillars:

1. Employee Engagement

Volunteering enables people to play an active role in their society and contribute to positive social change. It helps to break down social barriers and create an opportunity to socialise with people from different social and cultural backgrounds.

2. Employee Wellbeing

We can help you to take a proactive and preventative approach to your employee wellbeing by providing active team building services to our partner organisations. Team building activities help organisations and teams understand each other better and work together more effectively.

3. Social Mobility

Nascence offers a work experience programme for professional sports players and youngsters from NEET groups to explore different career opportunities, help build confidence and real-life skills.

4. Data Driven Impact

Through providing our Nascence evaluation framework to show the true value of the programme on your employee’s social value, self-worth, happiness and sense of belonging.

5. Charitable Giving

Local companies will use the Nascence project to form part of their CSR/charitable giving programme in ways such as direct employee fundraising, matched company funding, volunteering and pro-bono services
