BSF Funded PhD Opportunity with University of Bristol

The University of Bristol currently has an exciting opportunity for a PhD – Exploring the Role and Impact of Professional Sports Clubs on Health Outcomes of the Local Population.


The PhD is funded by Bristol Sport Foundation and aims to understand how professional sports clubs can impact on family health behaviours.

Applicants must submit a research proposal (1000 words). Contact Professor Charlie Foster (charlie.foster@bristol.ac.uk) no later than Wednesday 19th May 2021 to discuss the research proposal. The deadline for the formal online application (including research proposal) is 12noon UK time Wednesday 26th May 2021.
