Claudia Fragapane has teamed up with BSF to become our guest athlete for April. She will be taking over the app and providing four videos as part of our #TrainingForTokyo series.

Focussing on four key areas of a gymnasts training programme, Claudia will give you a taster of what it is like to train like a pro gymnast ahead of the 2021 Olympic games!
