Sprague Gibbons, which is based in Queen Square, works with businesses across the UK, as well as the south west, providing advertising, branding, digital, design and communications services. It has supported local charities and community ventures throughout its 26-year history, and managing director, Peter Gibbons, has been personally involved with the Foundation since 2010.
Peter Gibbons said: “It’s a great honour to become a Nascence Project partner. Together with other likeminded Bristol businesses, we can play our part in creating health and social equality amongst the young people of our city. I’ve seen first-hand, through my own children and through my experience as a foster parent, how important sport is to the health and wellbeing of young people, and Bristol Sport Foundation extends that into some our most deprived communities. I look forward to continuing to support Bristol Sport Foundation’s excellent work.”
Corporate Partnerships Manager, Paul Glanville, said: “It’s great to have Sprague Gibbons on board as a Nascence partner. Our relationship with Peter Gibbons and the agency spans over ten years. Sprague Gibbons has been highly involved in Break the Cycle (a major fund generator for the Foundation) since its inception, and in fact, Peter was one of the architects of the event back in 2010. He’s taken part every year since, as well as introducing many friends, colleagues and businesses to the event.
“The support of our partners enables us to develop and grow our community programmes, helping to change lives in Bristol through the combined power of sport and education. We are always looking for more businesses to get involved and encourage anyone interested to get in touch.”
