What’s On the App in November

As we head into the new lockdown, we want you to know that we are here for you. Our app will help to keep your families Active. Healthy. Happy. by offering fun activities and exercise sessions that you can do at home as a family! 

We know that this is going to be a tough period for everyone but we really believe in the power of exercise and movement for not only a healthy body but also a healthy mind, which is especially important in these times – did you know that regular exercise has been proven to have a positive effect on mental health?

We are delighted to reveal our calendar of activities for the month of November which you can find below. From themed activities such as the Baby Shark workout, adapted physical activities from the Bristol Bears @ Home team to Children’s Kitchen cooking lessons for the whole family – there will be something for everyone.
